beautiful item but poor packing tlorder twice but box badly damaged can't give as gift.

Bought this for my 3yo, she has two older siblings 5 %26 6 that don't like to include her and she gets frustrated after playing a while with her 9 mth younger (whoops) sister. We had previously got her an Amazon fire tablet with her two year old sister broke so she hadn't had a lot of electronics and whenever she was getting sad or frustrated it helps said she's had this watch with that bugs cause it makes me super happy that it's educational games songs, and it totally distract her from the meanest of her slightly older siblings, which were working on.. is down grateful for this product she is a sweet heart and now she don't have to hear there mess

love it but have not given to child yet. May change my mind there. if it does half of what it says it does it is well worth it. She is going on vacation and this will bkeep her and her older sisters busy on the road.

Today my son's headphones 🎧 just stopped working out of nowhere. Unappreciative to pay extra for a quality that doesn't provide better service. purchased on the 5th of this month and it's only the 16th

If I could take it back I would. Bought it as a clearance item because I wanted my kid to have a toy that doesn’t connect to the internet. The watch was broken from the start. We heard a sound inside and the power button doesn’t work so I’m guess that’s what’s broken.

If I could rate no stars I would. The headphones are not as pictured. The ears are hot glued together and put on the headband. It came apart not even 10 minutes out of the box. The headphone jack was broken. The watch doesn't work And much more. Just overall bad product. Most def returning them.

Ordered an item and didn't receive it. Made a call to Walmart. They said that it was delivered and the mail carrier took a picture, but yet I didn't receive the package. Now I'm out of my 300 and something dollars. And the gift for my child. I don't know how to dispute it, considering I used a Afterpay method so now I am still paying payments for something I didn't receive kinda bummed out about it

The fedex driver left my package on my front strps in the pouting rain in a really really thin plactic bag with holes in it. There is a sign in my door with my phone number on it, and i have a large covered patio in the back of my house with no fence. the bix was soaked and the cardboard packaging that the items were in was also wet. Not happy at all with the way this was handled. Any person with common since would have at least called the number on the door.
