This toner is not too harsh on the skin. For the price, the amount received is very good! I've only used this a couple of times so far, but I do think I would purchase this again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toner for your most hydrated skin, unlike some more abrasive toners this toner provides skin with ample moisture as opposed to drying it out to extremes with products like this one that use an excessive amount of alcohols to provide the toner effects. I prefer my skin be full of vitality and nourished and this is great for those mindful of that.

This is not bad for a beginner hydrating toner! It helps nourish your skin, but it doesn't penetrate like others of the realm do.

I'm only giving this 2 stars because the bottle design is so unbelievably awful, that I don't even like using it and won't finish the bottle. If you press a cotton ball or cotton pad on the dispenser it goes everywhere else except into the cotton. I have to press down several times to dispense and then dump it out onto a cotton pad. Complete pain.
