It's a nice looking unit, fits nicely under counter, and works well so far. The C batteries seem a little out dated as a power supply, but the seem to do the job. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, but got the 3 year extended warranty just in case.
This is a beautiful addition to the stainless steel appliances that we already have in the kitchen. It takes up little space and is even more convenient when plugged in (or w/ batteries) with the auto open function. It is a little difficult to put theplastic bags in, but once you figure it out, it's easy!
Buy it, it's worth the money! Extremely quiet and doesn't activate every time you walk past it, like so many others we've tried. Love the slim design and ease of changing out the trash bags. We would highly recommend.

I like it but the piece that holds the bag of fresheners has fell oof in the trash the first bag change and I didn't knownit to loose, but I love the size of the can..
I purchased this trash can to prevent the dogs from getting into the trash. I just opened the box and set it up this morning, and the functionality is what I was hoping for. It did arrive with a dent, see photo. However, I need it desperately enough that I can't be bothered to do a return, etc. But it does seem like a lot of money for what it is. Hopefully this is just what I needed!
It's nice! But should come with the av cord. Hoping that it lasts.
