I love the shape and design and its appearance adds a more elegant look in my kitchen. It is the perfect size, 13 gallons but looks much smaller and slimmer than most. Definitely worth the money.

Love this trash can....hands free and works like a charm. Have had these for many years. They last a good while and are used frequently. We use the electric adaptor which saves you from having to use batteries.

I had an Itouchless 13 gal trash can for 10 years so when it recently stopped working I bought this model. It's not as wide as my old one, and that's a little disappointing but otherwise I'm very happy to have a working sensor activated can again. I use the adapter instead of batteries.

Love this item. I bought the 11 gallon for my mom and she loves it too. It's tall and round so it doesn't take up a lot of space. I was concerned that she needed a larger one but the 11 gallon is just perfect-works great-very responsive. I also purchased the AC adaptor so she doesn't have to worry about batteries. Great price!

We have just had this a few weeks, but we have been very happy with it. It is a perfect size, and it is so convenient with the hands-free lid. It does open sometimes if we walk in front of it, but not excessively. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

I am really happy for my recent purchase of this trash can. After reading the reviews, I wanted to see what all the hype was about, so I ordered one. I am now happy to say that I have join the many satisfied customers for this lovely and smart product. I have seen them in retail stores for double that is offered here. Works great and the sensor is always on the spot. Really nice roomy size and can hold up to one week trash! Great and convenient. This product has my vote.

CONS: The "stainless" lid is actually shiny silver plastic while the actual trashcan is brushed stainless. In the picture on Walmart's website it looks like the lid and trashcan are both brushed stainless. It would be fine for the lid to be plastic if it actually matched the can. I attached a picture to show you the difference, although it is more obvious in person. PROS: Convenient, easy to empty, great value for the money if you can get past the mismatched appearance.

I ordered this can because I wanted a better seal around my trash and I liked the idea of not having to touch the lid. So far the can has worked without fail, but the battery cover feels flimsy and I was afraid that I was going to break it while sliding it off. Also, the 13 gallon liner that I placed in the can did not seem to reach the bottom. Maybe my liners are shorter than others, but the plastic ring that holds the liner in place seems to be working. This can is also taller than most 13 gallon cans because of the lid. I used to have my old can under the overhang of my kitchen counter, but now have to find a new location because the lid won't open all the way. Make sure you place the can in a low traffic area because just walking by can trigger the lid.

The product was dented when upon delivery. The box was free of damages, so this was confusing to us. We thought we could live with the dent, and couldn't wait to get the batteries in to use the touchless function. We popped in a brand new set of batteries, and...NOTHING. We thought that we must have put them in wrong. So, we switched them; still NOTHING. We had to return the trash can in-store, and we bought one with a foot pedal.

We looked the touchless feature! However the bags arr impossible to remove when full of trash! Also the smell and heat from inside the can is horrible! I wish it had a plastic liner
