iTouchless Stainless Steel Sliding Lid Sensor Trash Can with AbsorbX Odor Control System, 14 Gal., W

The product is exactly what we wanted and it is currently performing as promised.

So far so good. It fits perfectly under the counter of the bar in the kitchen next to a plug so I do not have to use batteries. The bar height is within range of the sensor, so that part has to stick out a little bit, but that is okay because it is at the end of the bar anyway so that there is room to put trash in it. It is a 14 gallon bin, so the entire 13 gallon bag fills up before you have to change it. Overall, it is a good buy.

We've been searching for a well-made, affordable trash can that's just the right size for our kitchen, and this is it! It actually looks classy (as far as trash cans go!) and it fits more trash than our last trash can. We are very pleased with this purchase!

And above all, uses batteries OR electricity. Some of the reviews I read on other makes and from different retailers were complaining about how the batteries don't last very long. With this one, you can use batteries, or plug it in. Also, if you want to just keep the top open, you can unplug it when it's open and it stays open. Another thing, it will accommodate

Electric Garbage Can great concept the only thing is it's quite noisy. If we could cut down on the noise I would give it 5 stars. I do like that you are hands free and don't have to touch lids or anything like that. And the plus is it's electric and if you don't have an outlet in the right spot you can use batteries. Love having not to get my hands dirty.

It's is exactly what I was looking for.....white metal washable! The retractable lid is much louder than the older pop up version. Hoping the extra motor work to operate retractable doesn't play with battery life! Only reason for less than perfect on durability is because it's too soon to tell

I brought this for the family trash and the opening is too small

I purchased this trash can because the size and shape were perfect for my space. I am so disappointed. The first night I had it the lid opened and closed every 5 minutes, until I got out of bed and unplugged it. Read the user's manual and tried all the "fixes" but nothing worked. Tried calling the manufacturer at the number provided in the user manual. No luck. No one was ever around to answer my call. Contacted Sam's and will be returning it. Too bad.

Worked great for about 10 minutes then stopped working completely I'll be returning it as soon as possible I will not purchase another I'll get a refund and buy something else I got this one because it plugs into the wall and thought that would be nice not to have to replace batteries but now I'm thinking I should have gone with the other unit I was looking at completely disappointed

The opening started to make squeaking noises and then stopped working. Could smell a burning coming from the back of the can where you plug in the connector. It's going back.
