Pretty good
I've been trying to find a product that will help smooth my hair and make it shine. This definitely makes my hair very soft, but I haven't noticed any shine from it. It's a 10 plus
I have gray hair and breaks very easily, but with this product my hair is silky and I have much less breakage. Yes, I recommend it for all types of hair.
