My salon gal started using its a 10 products on my hair a month and a half ago and gave me sample bottles to take home and continue to use...I don't regret it at all! My hair has been falling out less (from previous shampoo/conditioner) and feeling a bit stronger. So naturally I was supper excited when I saw this great bargain on jet and I had to purchase it... but then a girlfriend made me a little hesitant that the product I bought may not have actually been "authentic." When I received my package (packaged ok...they should have used bubble wrap) I compared the contents texture, taste (oh yah I did), and smell to what was in the It's a 10 sample bottle. Overall, everything appears to be the same, BUT the smell/fragrance in the 33.8 Oz bottle was a little stronger. I then immediately jumped in the shower that night and used the shampoo. My hair hasn't gotten any greasier, brittle, or dry so I determined that the product is authentic. Definitely a great buy, worth the money. Shipping was super fast

For the cost- you have to use too much to clean meduim length hair. It's is really runny. Not pleased with the purchase.

Bad not original watered down, smell was off and instead of sending 1 liter they sent 3 small bottles. They did refund my money so that's good

This is not the actual product. It is the same bottle but the product is switched out with a horrible shampoo that I ended up using to bathe my dogs. Very disappointed. Also they sent me three mini bottles instead of the large bottle as advertised.

The pump was broken when I received it. It had leaked out in the packaging.

my daughter recommended this shampoo along with the conditioner. I was surprisingly disappointed. I of course thought right away that it would be effective based on the cost. Not at all, for starters I felt it made my hair more tangled and hard to manage which concerned me cause I already have course hair and figured how am I going to get out of this tangled mess. The conditioner didn't even help a bit and need I mention that when I tried to style my hair it was never ending. By the time I finished styling and drying my hair, my hair was so dried and brittle and even more course that when I started ugh!!! I learned that cost doesn't mean efficiency at all. Back to the drawing board for me. :(
