I love this shampoo.
I love this shampoo. Leaves my hair silky soft and gives my hair a boost managing gray hair. It takes the harshness of what it really is to a softer more beautiful smokey gray. I have been using this shampoo for several years.

I like this shampoo overall, but I do wish it cost a little less than it does. Glad I got it on sale. Not sure if I would have purchased it at full price.

Item damaged
I really wanted to try this shampoo for my extreme damaged hair. I ordered from online Walmart store, whoever the seller didn't pack it securely so it was spilled all over in the bag and lid was broken. I'm returning to the Walmart store

Did not get the right product
I ordered the shampoo but received the wrong item. I received the Leave in conditioner. I tried getting a hold of someone, but no response. I will use the Leave In Conditioner anyway. But it would have been nice if I received the product I ordered.

the honest truth
I failed to find the miracle I was looking for in this product since I have experienced significant hair loss and breakage upon beginning "it's a 10" products. Also, I failed to view the chemically full and natural lack of ingredients before I risked an insurmountable purchase. I could certainly use a refund on these 3 products I recently purchased, but I am not holding my breath on this company standing behind and guaranteeing their product.
