actually filled with water, very happy
great product they are so cute and easy for a baby to hold very soft too some items only look like they contain water but these actually do overall great product and highly recommend

If I could give 0 starts I would
So disappointed. We got these as a GIFT with NO RECEIPT (like usual) and we can't use them. They smell awful, like sunscreen. I have tried washing them with dish soap and water, nothing works. Itsy Ritzy can't do anything about it because since it was a GIFT, I don't have "proof of purchase". I know these aren't super expensive but at least help a mom out.
