Ivation 19 Pint Dehumidifier for 410 Sq Ft - Washable

I live in 46’ sailboat with my family and moisture has been a constant issue here but this product did a great job and even it will perform much better in cooler temperature.

As it started getting older, it started making noise, something was vibrating inside which was making this noise and it become louder like a rock crusher by the time.

This is comparatively quiet and light weight relative to the dehumidifiers which comes with compressor.

It's an amazing Compact Unit for bringing down the humidity. It works exactly same as they have shown in advertisement.

I bought it on my brother's recommendation as he installed in his hot tub room, so, I did the same thing. It has a nice look and quite simple to use.

It's size is so ideal and don't even make any noise. We have used it in our camper and bathroom.

This dehumidifiers extinguish so much hot air which I didn't knew and I spill some water while dumping the water tank.

I had to return the first unit as it was not working then I had a replaced one, a second unit which didn't work either so I asked them to refund my amount.

I bought two of these, one in April and another one in may, 2020. It keeps on working without any noise for 6-7 months and after that they started making noise. Eventually, they stopped removing moisture.

This unit emits a vile odor, similar to that of burning chemicals. Even letting it run for a few days, hoping the smell would dissipate didn't help. As we processed a return, we agreed to try another, hoping it was an isolated incident, but the second one was no better than the first. Both were returned.
