I don't understand if I add beans water push start nothing happens one time it made hot water after 4 days still cannot make coffee. problem is the cheap control pad doesn't always register you pushed a button. it's a solidly built and comes apart for cleaning nicely, all that doesn't matter if it won't make coffee I'll be returning it.

instructions not clear. the grinder never did work! such a disappointment. no coffee for 3 days. and now I have to find a new machine
