This product is not working I take to walmar to return but the lady shi don't take pecks this is third party

Nice appearance, worked for four days. Then it would not start, called customer service after several questions they said return it to walmart. Wow...returning this weekend

We bought two of these and they didn't work after the first use. We are so disappointed because we love the idea!!

I don't understand if I add beans water push start nothing happens one time it made hot water after 4 days still cannot make coffee. problem is the cheap control pad doesn't always register you pushed a button. it's a solidly built and comes apart for cleaning nicely, all that doesn't matter if it won't make coffee I'll be returning it.

The item is very nice, but unfortunately I haven't been able to make it work. I contacted the seller, Skymall, and they sent me a replacement without asking me to return the first one. Unfortunately the second one didn't work either. It seems to me the problem is the control panel in both cases. I have written to Skymall again last Sunday, but haven't heard back from them. Fortunately I didn't sdepnd a lot of money, but it would have been nice if the item would have worked as expected.

instructions not clear. the grinder never did work! such a disappointment. no coffee for 3 days. and now I have to find a new machine
