IVATION 28-Bottle Compressor Wine Cooler Refrigerator with Lock, Silver

Compared to our old Haier, the Ivation wine cooler operates considerably more quietly. It is also more compact and takes up less room, yet thanks to its design, it can contain just as much as the Haier. The unit seems to maintain temperature nicely, and I appreciate how the wooden racks are simple to remove.

Had a small issue with one wooden shelf and another that was "iffy". Within four days, we received replacement shelves. Customer service exceeded our expectations in every way.

Its simple to setup, setting the temperature is extremely simple. Bottles are kept safe and organized in a compartment with good design.

I placed an incorrect order for a cooler. I wanted a cooler with adjustable shelves so I could store both small and large wine bottles, but I did not get the one I required since I placed the erroneous order.

Hard to put on the handle. Nice size, but unusual that I have to constantly lowering the temperature as it rises to 60 or 61 since it won't stay at the 57 that I set it at.

The item arrived broken, and the process to receive a replacement is foolish and time-consuming on my part.

I had to remove one of the shelves in order for the cooler to hold all of my various bottle sizes.
