The wine frig arrived and I let it sit for a couple of days to be sure all the coolant was where it was supposed to be. I plugged it and it has worked perfectly since. I need to read the manual a little more to figure out a few things. I like the wooden shelves. The light is great. I really have nothing negative to say about this wine refrigerator.

I tried to get a hold on it for more than an hour. The screws were too short, I discovered later. It's absurd to distribute a product with broken components. In my screw collection, I discovered two crews that were at work. I'm sorry, but you messed up big time.

Using the provided measurements as a guide, I constructed the cooler's opening. It is taller than it appears to be. I now have to demolish the structure I spent hours creating. You must enter the rough opening size immediately. Including the hinge and feet.

Good refrigerator, but it has a consistent ticking and knocking sounds since it first started. In an effort to find a solution, I tried to contact the vendor but received no response.

Pure Junk; terribly poor packaging — two separate deliveries with exposed wires, scratched surfaces, a falling-off front door, and a note that only functions when plugged in — Avoid!

Don't waste your money! This was our second wine fridge....exact model and both arrived broken. The process to return is ridiculous!
