IVATION 43-Bottle Silver Wine Cellar with Temperature Control

When I received the item and installed it, I forgot to copy the serial number, etc., from the back of the unit. A few days later, the fridge began to beep every time it changed from degrees of C to F. This was very annoying, so I tried the standard solution of pulling the plug and restarting, but it didn't work. I called the company, and they advised me to try a few other things, but when none of them worked, they told me they would send a new unit because the problem Now that the old unit needed to be transported, packaged, etc., I began to worry. It was the simplest and most enjoyable way to handle a problem when someone told me there was no need to do anything in particular with it. BRAVO

At a terrific price, this sturdy dual zone refrigerator contains the ideal quantity of bottles. Space is used very effectively... Since it isn't as big as some refrigerators that carry less bottles, you won't think there are 43 bottles in here. A sleek, straightforward design with curved wire racks... a superior replacement for plastic slats. The noise is the only thing preventing me from giving it five stars. It is not a constant hum and it can be quite loud. If it's not right next to or in the room you spend the most time in, it probably won't bother you too much when you eventually tune it out. I'm satisfied with the buy overall. It's a fantastic option for someone looking for a dual zone fridge that can carry more than 36 bottles without spending a lot of money.

It is lovely. The glass that is mirrored is a beautiful touch and looks fantastic. It has a very faint hum, but it is significantly quieter than the previous fridge I owned. Heat is not a problem for me because I have items shown on mine and they are OK. I adore the red and white dual zone temperature control!

Red and white wine are kept at various temperatures in separate portions of this dual-temperature wine cooler. Although 43 bottles are claimed to fit within, the size of a bottle of wine varies depending on the variety. So, if you have a large collection of Pinot Noirs, you will have less room for bottles. However, the cooling is what matters, and so far, it performs as promised.

Really nice-looking wine refrigerator. I appreciate the multiple zones, hardwood shelves, and lock. There are a few drawbacks, including the fact that the fridge itself is hot to the touch and that, despite the lock, it may still be opened slightly, which can be dangerous for young children. Overall, though, we're pleased with the purchase.

First of all, I have no idea how long this cooler will last because we've just had it for a few days. It appears to be running smoothly and quietly. Though not seriously, a few of the wood shelves arrived somewhat harmed, and we had trouble working out how to change the temperature (our stupidity- a friend showed us). However, over the course of two days, we repeatedly tried phoning customer support, and each time the line went dead. So long as it keeps working, everything is fine, but if not, the lack of customer service plus the cooler's size and weight make it difficult to return, giving it a 3 star rating.

The top shelf of the first refrigerator was broken. It's easy, right? Simply change the shelf. They want us to buy another entire refrigerator and return the one with the broken shelf, so that's not too simple. We now have to wait for the replacement refrigerator to arrive, take the second refrigerator out of that box, Redbox the refrigerator with the damaged shelf, and send it back to the manufacturer because we forgot to keep the box. I disagree with how they handled things. It irritates me that the receivers of this gift a wedding present have to put up with it.

It is possible that some of the shelves arrived broken. When I contacted, they instantly dispatched a whole different unit so we could remove what we wanted. The door handle then had just one screw. It requires two. Because we knew the other one was coming, we were still able to handle it. Then, none of our wine or champagne bottles fit when we tried to put them inside. The description made it clear that it fits the majority of bottles. Evidently, none of ours. Additionally, if you don't balance the bottles appropriately, the shelves will topple over. Really dissatisfied all around.

Despite the fact that the box was in good condition, the product arrived with a broken door. Had to return it. Still awaiting a replacement.

Everything about the inside is cheap (shelves, display, molding) so I'm glad it arrived damaged enough to be returned and refunded.
