Ivation 9-Tray Countertop Digital 600W Food Dehydrator W/Preset Temp Settings & Auto Shutoff Timer

My dehydrator of many many years gave up the ghost last week. This one could well have been made by the same manufacturer. The trays I kep off of the old one will fit as will the bottom plastic pan. I dehydrate chicken paws (feet), chicken gizzards (cut up) and boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut up) for my dogs. Awesome machine, so easy to use, set and forget. I use max temp at 159 degrees for 19 1/2 hours. great price, great product, fast delivery.

I have been using this product since I recived it, and does everything I need. I use it for drying paint on models, and it does a excellent job.

So excited to get this for a birthday gift from my husband. First off read instructions thoroughly after unpacking. There is a cardboard panel in the back of the unit which protects the fan/heater/blower during shipment, you MUST remove this. I have been researching dehydrating for a few months and many pros have suggested using the plastic canvas sheets (6 @2.97) at Walmart to cover the larger holes in the trays. I purchased 2 packs for the 9 tray unit and with just a bit of cutting they fit the trays perfectly. I am dehydrating my first 9 trays this morning and after only about 2 hours, I can definitely see the frozen vegetables starting to lose their water content. This is not a loud unit and fit perfectly on my desk countertop in the kitchen. It is attractive and lightweight. I'm sure I will be dehydrating many things in the coming years with this 9 tray dehydrator.

I bought this to dry paint on small items. Works great for drying paint so far. Drastically reduced the time to cure enamel, acrylic and clearcoat.

Purchased one in October for myself and was working great so I bought a 2nd one as a gift and the gift never turned on so I got a refund and bought another brand somewhere else. And now mine won't turn on at all. I've only used it a few times since October
