A Great Water Softener
Very well built. Easy to install. They have a different approach to presenting information in their manual which is the best I have ever seen. Plenty of detail. The even have a few test strips to help in setting up the hardness scale. And the screen is back lighted for easy viewing, unlike my old one. I suggest reading the manual thoroughly, as there are some very important items to know concerning filling and usage. I would this unit an A .

ARRIVED on time in excellent condition.Haven't had a plumber yet to install. Will write a review once it is connected and how the wate is.

Arrived on time. no damage. mostly plastic but i only had a tiny apace and it just fit perfectly. its been fine for 4 months so far.
