It works but there was no 120V 13.4v 1amp charger in the box which is needed to recharge the internal battery.

I bought this for my beachfront apartment, and since it's on the fourth floor, it's perfect for me because I don't have access to a location to put up a hose so I can clean my balcony and windows. The only disadvantage is how heavy it becomes when filled with water.

I use it to wash my car in an apartment complex and haven't experienced any battery life difficulties, so it works pretty well given how portable it is. Although the capacity and water pressure should be higher, I always bring an additional jug of water to replenish the tank. Overall, I'm really happy.

To get the damned thing to operate, you have to keep playing with it. I would not prefer to purchase it again. But when it does, it's fantastic. sprays wonderfully down the balcony on the third story. Just need to make it work.

The idea is next level, occupies some room, but in my opinion, it's worth it. The only feature I really wish it had was the capacity to heat water. If so, I would have some of them.

Unfortunately, the unit I received didn't work, the unit turned on, but there was no water flow, judging from the sound of the motor there was no way that motor would be able to push water through a 20' hose with any kind of force while I wasn't expecting true power washer force I was expecting for it to work, and be capable of doing small jobs, like washing down my walkway, or even watering plants

When I reached out to Walmart they told me to contact the seller... After atmping to return it brand new within a month of purchasing the seller did not contact me back! So I ended up keeping it. And I tried to use it today and changed it two times and it did not work. I re-read the user guide and called innovation the comp customer service number in the guide. I spoke to two different customer service reps and mgr to end up hearing there was nothing they could do. Because they were not the seller. Marrow CRC LLC was the seller and shipper. I picked up this product at Walmart. Almost $200.00 wasted...

bought this to clean/wash off the balconly in our condo. Charged up the unit. filled it with water and nothing no sound. took the tank off and on. disconnedted hose etc still nothing. was ready to take back and tried it one more time and it worked for about 5 min. tried everhing again still nothing. then it worked for another 5 min. then not. Gave up. took back to walmat

My order was shipped to the wrong address. From past experience vendor takes more than a month to refund the money after order is returned. Very difficult to talk to a representative in this site, you only talk to robots with customised questions and answers

It never worked! Right out of the box, never pumped any water . Returned to store next day!
