Ivory Bar Soap, Original Scent, 3.17 Ounces, 10 Count

After using different liquid hand soaps for a long while, my hands had developed red, rough scaly patches that no amount of hand lotions, etc., could help, I decided to go back to the basic soap I used as a child. After a week or 10 days of using this basic Ivory soap all but one of the scaly patches is gone. Apparently my skin was reacting to some ingredient(s) in the liquid soaps. This Ivory has a very clean and pleasant aroma (that I don't remember from my childhood) but so far, so good. I plan to continue using this soap instead of the much more expensive brands because my skin is not breaking out and/or itching.

I hope they never stop making this product. If my skin starts getting a rash with any other soap, this is my go to soap bar I reach for and it never disappoints. But....don't go anywhere near your eyes. It ironically burns them with a vengeance.

That is how exactly you feel after using any IVORY SOAP product. I have been using IVORY soap ever since I was a child and now, I make sure my sons use it (both Aloe and Regular IVORY have the same effect) You feel-literally squeaky clean! I do not like the feel of oily skin after I bathe- so this soap works for me! KEEP IT the same IVORY! Don't change a thing-like a lot of soaps have:)

Ivory bar soap has helped me with my acne. It smells good and cleanses better. I have paid high prices for acne creams and cleansers and professional help. Ivory bar soap has almost completely gotten rid of my acne. I will always just use this bar as a cleanser.

I've used this soap for many, many, many years and I still love it. It cleans my skin and it makes me feel fresh. It lasts a long time also, doesn't dissolve quickly like some other soaps.

I grew up using Ivory Soaps, then switched to using the other (perfumed) bar soaps (not happy). The ONLY other bar soap I will USE other than Ivory, is Kirk's Original Coca Castile Soaps...

I love Ivory soap but didn't receive the Special Edition Ivory package as advertised on the Walmart website. I received the regular package with the exact same product but I wanted the Special Edition package as a collector item.

The bar of soap has changed - the name IVORY is only on one side and it looks to be added to (not one whole mold of soap), there’s a line, like a seam around the bar.

Trash. They've reformulated. I used Ivory for YEARS. A few years ago I made the switch to unscented liquid soap. Recently got sick of constantly refilling the pump bottle so just grabbed this 10 pack of Ivory. I knew something was off the moment I tore the paper off a bar... it REEKS like citronella. There is no citronella in the ingredients so I'm not sure how they made it stink so badly. "Original Scent", more like "Mosquito Repellant". The soap is incredibly drying, one use and my nails looked chalky, they were so dried out. I have eczema so I literally can't use this soap. Open bar went in the trash and donating the rest. Awful, awful, awful.

Purchased 10 bars of Ivory soap. The soap just arrived and it does not have a pleasant smell and the individually wrapped bars felt moist. When trying to unwrap a bar, the paper stuck to the soap and came off in bits and pieces as if the soap had "melted" onto its wrapping. very disappointed with this purchase.
