Ivory Gentle Deodorant Stick, Hint of Lavender, 2.4oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the scent of this deodorant. It feels very fresh and not sticky. It doesn't stain clothes, and it's texture is very light. I like to use it when I go running because it prevents me from smelling bad when I sweat 😅

My new favorite brand of deodorant! I've tried several natural brands over the years and always ended up with some sort of issue. Either breaking out, bad reaction, not meshing with my system, didn't keep the body odor at bay. This stuff works! I've been using it for 6 months now. I love that there is NO aluminum! There is also no baking soda (which my body can not tolerate, yet most natural brands use as an ingredient). The scent is very pleasant

This deodorant is great! It's not greasy or crumbly, and it has a a really pleasant, clean, unisex scent- it doesn't smell like lavender, it smells kind of like laundry detergent to me. The scent lasts all day without reapplying (and, as a teacher, I'm pretty active) and it doesn't leave my skin rashy or irritated like other products I've tried.

With this deodorant you can actually skip a day. I've done it by accident and had all day protection. This is not an antiperspirant. It does not have any of the bad ingredients which I love. The cost is a great value as this lasts me up to two months per one stick!!!

I usually prefer gel deodorant but had an opportunity to try this for a great deal. I was so surprised by this solid deodorant. The scent is light and very pleasing. The deodorant does not leave streaks or clumpy residue when applying. The deodorant worked all day.

I love that this deodorant is aluminum-free and "cleaner" than a lot of deodorants I've used in the past. It glides on smoothly and easily and lasts all day. The lavender scent is a little stronger than I would prefer since I tend to get headaches, but it's not a dealbreaker. The size of this deodorant is large, so I feel like I'm getting a lot of bang for my buck. I will probably repurchase this when I run out, but I may look into different scents.

I was surprised to see Ivory made deoderant so I went ahead and tried it. I do not like it. The smell is amazing though. It is the only thing that I love about the product. It almost smells like a men's scent. Aside from the scent though I can't say anything else positive about it. I normally use deoderant in the morning and I am good all day. I felt the need to re apply a couple times a day. Inconvenient

One star because it smells really nice when you first put it on. I love the body washes and tried the deodorant. My go to is another natural/aluminum free brand that actually provides great protection, without having to reapply. I’m lucky if this deodorant prevents odor for 2 hours! This is very disappointing! When I applied it for the first time I immediately added 3 more to my online cart to send to my sisters and mom to try it- not 2 hours later I removed them!

Nice subtle scent when applying but halfway through the day, my underarms smelled like onions. I gave it a few more days just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Not sure why it makes me smell bad but definitely not going try again.

I agree with the other bad reviews. I can take a shower and use no deodorant and still smell better than deodorant. I thought it would offer more protection but the only thing it offered was a bad smell after a couple of hours. Ivory should re do this because it only makes you have bad body odor.
