Purchased this for my future son in law for Christmas, and it came with two of the bottles leaking all over the other stuff, but cleaned it up and then called the company and told them the problem, they replaced the items, and gave us a discount for cleaning up the rest of the items that the stuff got on. Great was my though. Then while using it the first week the one part started leaking, so called the company again and they replaced free of charge the leaking part without question. Great again. So this is why I am rating it a 5, since you can not stop problems from happening but as long as the company backs up their products it always works for me and they were so sorry about it and overnighted the parts out of us. A big high 5 to them. I am a women that is very hard to please but this company out did themselves. Not to mention this price is the lowest on the net, since I did research from every site listed out there and this was the best price. Not really into ordering from Walmart but could not pass up the savings. Usually Amazon is the cheapest on everything but not this time, so Amazon if you want this women business again you are going to have to go back to the cheapest prices or else I am shopping on other sites. Which I have always compare prices but Amazon has always been the cheapest but not on this item. I have even found cheaper prices on Jet.com than Amazon now. I do not know what has happen to Amazon in the last 6 months but now they are not always the cheapest. So beware, and do your research, you could save hundreds or thousands of dollars over a year on items you buy anyway.
