Well what I don't like is a cockroach from my house was drawn to it, ended up in my glass dead floating from the top, other then that the taste is organic, it does put oxygen in you, it gives you energy to where you don't feel fatigue, unable to move. It's powder, so you have to stir it a lot in whatever you're using it for. I would say it does help with iron deficiency issues. I would recommend buying it if you can withstand the bitter taste, is able to handle the organic taste to it.
