My husband has bad shoulders and he couldn't get it on even with one arm in and trying to stretch it to the other side. it wouldn't work and it was a 5x large

Good fit after I figured how to put on alone. Straps could really use some padding or gentler material in front where contact with shoulders is made. Chafing when using arms for chores, reaching forward. Otherwise very pleased.
