You pay for what you get.
Very good for the money, seat sliders have to be oiled to actually work(still kinda hard). The fit is like what everyone else says, it is small and is made for smaller people. It might day medium but if you are a little bigger than most you won't for comfortably. My waist is 30mins my pants but if you wear like 33 pants it'll feel tight but not unbearable
