I let my phone get to zero and hooked it up to the charger, starting a timer at the same time. It took exactly 59 minutes to charge from zero. All my other chargers take 2-3 hours, no matter what outlet I plug them into, or what usb port I use on any device. Highly recommend this to anyone who likes their phone to charge faster, or are too impatient to wait hours for it to charge!
I love this charger. It's amazing how it charges at such a fast rate. The cords are great sizes and you can use it on so many different devices. Laptops, computers, books, etc. It's great for traveling with and taking on the go. It's very well made and durable.
Great product been using it for months now no issues with heat levels, size, power, or cord length. I've been using it as a power source mostly for ROG Ally and it works great. I also used to power my phone a few times and did not notice any issues with that. It is easy to use and I feel it's a great value for the money. Also like the build quality it feels solid and not cheap I hope it will last me for years.
This was the best surprise ever. So far my experience using this charger has been great. I had been using a phone charger that wasn't great to begin with to charge my Chromebook and phone for months and that charger was far from adequate. After hours of charging I was lucky to see 20%. The j5create charger I received charges my devices fully in a fraction of the time of the other chargers I was using. I love it. I am so happy I received this from Home Tester Club!
I have not heard of j5create however now that I've used their product, I definitely will not forget. The USB-C charger is 140Watts and so, you know that's going to fast and powerful. You plug 1 into an outlet and the other end into your laptop. You'll have the benefit of charging your laptop while charging any device that is uses a USB-C. This charger looks like a charging battery pack for laptops.
I was so excited to try this j5create 140w GaN PD 3.1 USB-C Charger. It's just what we needed. This is a quality product that works well and is easy to use. We can use it for all our electronics. Charges fast. Strong material. I highly recommend this product and brand. I will definitely continue to use. Thank you
This is a powerful and versatile USB-C charger. It is about the size of a laptop power brick and plugs into a standard 3-prong AC outlet. Can charge a variety of USB-C devices including laptops, tablets, and phones. Has enough juice to run a laptop, and can charge devices quickly. Has surge, overcharging, overcurrent and overheating protection built in. It is a little bulky to carry around just to charge a phone, but would be handy if you travel with a tablet or laptop that charges through USB-C.
Item I received had broken seals in the packaging. Had slight scuffs so I suspect someone else returned it or tested it in store. Charges my Dell laptop but does not have full capability. Appears to be a switchable power supply with the following modes: 5V 3A (15 W) 9V 3A (27 W) 12V 3A (36 W) 15V 3A (45 W) 20V 5A (100 W) 28V 5A (140 W) Packaging should list these modes but does not. My laptop is 20V 6.5A (130 W) so I get a slow charging warning as it likely uses the 100 W mode. Would get a similar warning if you had a 65 W laptop since it would use the 45 W mode. No led indicator light either. Overall it is an okay charger and I will probably keep it for now since it can keep the laptop on (will need to reduce performance settings). However, under heavy use, will not be able to keep the battery fully charged. For me it was definitely overpriced since it doesn't have full compatibility with my laptop. But I can still use it with other devices. I will need to look elsewhere for a compatible charger.
This 140 w charger comes with its own plug and cord. But i didnt get the results i was expecting. Convenience stores sell type-c cords and 20 watt chargers that do the same for a fraction of the price. I thought maybe i missed something so i read manual and tried different devices. S24 ultra, Nintendo switch, laptop and tablet. Same results. Charge takes over an hour from zero on the phone alone. I also thought perhaps it was my power source. I did initially do these tests in my trucj using a converter. But then I charged up my devices at a standard home outlet. Not sure where you get the value here. Perhaps it uses less energy to exert the 140 watt or something to save on your electric bill. Whatever the case, it wasnt worth 4x the cost of what is readily available everywhere. Even if it saved me on the electric bill. Not worth paying more for this product.
I was not happy that I got to Walmart and they told them they could not find the 140 watt charger and they gave me the 100 watt charger instead. When online ir clearly stated they have the 140 watt charger.
