J.A. Henckels International CLASSIC 5.5" Boning Knife

These are the best brand of affordable knives that I have come across the stay sharp and are easy to handle for a tiny older lady in the kitchen. I can chop, slice and dice with ease.

This is a great boning knife. I had the same one, but dropped it and broke the handle. I had the other one for more than 25 years. They are definitely made to last.

This is a great boning knife because it's sharp and flexible which makes removing meat from bones a piece of cake. The fine edge blade is forged from high carbon German steel so I know it's going to stay sharp and be extremely durable. It's made in Spain so it is easier on the pocketbook without sacrificing quality.

I wanted to start to break down my own chickens instead of buying the pieces already seportated, so I was looking for a boning knife that won't break the bank, but also was the highest quality for my money. This is definitely the knife that fit the bill and is so sharp that I am getting better and better at butchering!

Nice and sturdy because of the forged bolster. A boning knife is designed with a thin pointed blade to remove bones from poultry meat and fish. The blade is firm but flexible. Because of the ice hardening process this corrosion resistant steel will remain sharp and hard but also resist chipping and cracking.

A great forged boning knife at a reasonable price point. It cuts so cleanly and with it's thin profile you can really get a nice slice, whether it's removing meat from a bone, or skin from fruit or fish, it's a knife that can be really handy to have in the kitchen when you need it.
