J.A. Henckels International CLASSIC 7" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife

Purchased this knife to replace my Classic 7-inch knife. The handle had cracked on this otherwise perfect knife but could not find anyway to get replacement handles. I only use J.A. Henckels knives and this was the first one that had a handle crack.

Second time owning this knife. First one received heavy use and many sharpenings. It was time for a new one.

Great knife. Cuts cleanly and easily, easy to maneuver.

These are fantastic knives and suit me well. Will definitely be adding to my collection.

All my kitchen knives are henckels. I prefer the grade with the red man on the handle but that wasn't an option from this seller. Needed an upgrade on steak knives and always wanted a Santoku.
