J.A. Henckels International Definition 20-pc Self-Sharpening Block Set

Ok this set is super legit! In my opinion not great for beginners. The block is HUGE and heavy, and you must take care that knives are 100% dry and put away in the proper sharpening slot. My husband and I used a handed down set for the last decade. I knew I was upgrading when I ordered these but I wasn't prepared for how legit this set was gonna be! Great price! Fast shipping! Sharp knives that stay sharp!

These knives are awesome! Ive always wanted a set of Henckels knives. They slice through meat like butter. They are beautiful and sturdy. I love that they are "self" sharpening. This was a great purchase!

These knives include a good selection and they some of the sharpest knives we dealt with in a long time. The many self sharpening slots will help too.

The self sharpening feature within each (non serrated) knife slot makes such an immense difference compared to my old knife set. I've never owned a Henckels knife set before but I am certain if this isn't the last block I buy I'm going to buy another one from these folks! The knives are made of stainless steel and have a razor sharp edge that can even give you a shave and thanks to the sharpeners built into the block it should stay like that for me. I highly recommend this knife set to anyone looking for a new one or even for a quality upgrade that will last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love the knives, the scissors seem a little on the weak side in my mind but the knives overall are very nice I had anticipated thicker Steel on the blades but these things are balanced and well weighted so everything is fine they are Sharp and ready to use the self sharpening block seems like it works pretty good I definitely would recommend and I would buy again

These knives felt cheap and flimsy. Didn't have the same quality as other Heckles knives we bought for family through another vendor. We returned ours.
