J.A. Henckels International Modernist 6-pc Studio Knife Block Set

I bought about a month ago and so far they are great! Let me put it this way, this is the first “gadget” that I ordered/brought home and my husband did not make me return. I love that the handle and blade are all seamless solid metal. No worries about handles loosening up or God knows what else gets up under the other handles and breeds. Not serated blade edges so they will be easy to sharpen when needed. If on the fence about cross over and buy them. You won't be disappointed.

This set is beautiful and functional. I am happy with the weight and balance of the chef's knife. They are super sharp and the selection is perfect for my needs. So many knife sets have too many knives you'll never use. Another plus is the compact size and design doesn't eat up counter space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this product in today and I love the heaviness of each blade, they also feel sharp and extra sturdy, I'm not a huge fan of the storage block but I plan to hang them on a magnetic strip anyways. Also LOVE how the knives are one solid piece rather than separate pieces.

I cannot stop raving about these knives. They are super high quality, I can tell I won't need to buy another set of knives for a while or maybe ever again. I absolutely love how compact these are and sleek. I live in a one bedroom apt and these are perfect.

love the knife set, but minus one star for the slow shipping process. the companies website says that it may take up to 5 days but mine took two weeks just to leave the warehouse

I purchased these knives about three weeks ago and I am so disappointed. My old cheap knives do a better job than these knives. I can't even slice a tomato. I will be returning them.
