This made my chopping of shallots, deveining jalepeños and de-skinning a garlic clove like an extension of my own hand!

This is a great little parer and is very well priced. I use this knife all the time and I love how it feels in my hand. The 3" blade is just right for me. I feel like I have a lot of control when curving around round fruits and vegetables. The blade is nice and sharp and glides through skins without wearing on my hand.

The build quality is also read good with a thicker sturdy blade and a single piece of metal. Finally, it comes with a cover for the tip so you don't poke yourself accidentally.
