The packaging was safe, my order came in perfect condition. It was easy to put together less than 30 mins....the pans are durable. Love this product, will order a second set unless Walmart wants me to teview a set for free, so serious. Up coming restaurant in the making....

These trays are beautiful. My only problem with this order is that its to big. I need a smaller size.

These are well-made, but I had a couple of issues first, they need to give you extras of the screws because a couple of them don't fit together second they no instructions for how to put the lid on so I had to go and two of the pans were stuck together I could barely separate them.

The trays and everything seem to be ok, but we couldn't separate the trays apart and that messed our party plans because we could not use them. And was to late to get new ones.

I would give this product a good review, however, I received four of the larger pieces bent at the corner. I sent photos to the company but they said its not their fault, and that it might be shipping. they didnt even offer to exchange it or send me the four large pans because they said it doesnt affect anything. I paid for a product that shouldne be on display with the corners bent. If the company would make things right, I would change it to 5 stars, but being as though the company doesn't care, I wouldnt purchase any products from them anymore.

one of the kids came with a big crack/split in it. I'm worried someone will get cut. it isn't safe. another one came missing a screw for the lid. so I had to go to hardware store and buy one.

almost cut the tip of my finger off with the super sharp edges especially the Sterno holders be very careful totally uncalled for to put out a product like this with it being so sharp even trying to put it together you probably cut yourself not only around the Sterno area but also trying to get the blue tape off around the chafing pan holders it's totally unacceptable product and so cheap they shouldn't even sell it

the dishes were beautiful and all but they were missing some screws. each dish was supposed to have a set of 4 screws but only came with 3 screws each. i really hope someone reads this and is able to send me additional screws. i really will not want to return the whole set after putting it all together.
