Jacgood Portable Unisex Adult Tricycle, Red, 26"

What a bike. Delivered by Fed Ex and was undamaged. Packed well and no missing parts. Took my hubz 5 hours putting together. (His bike beach cruiser, less than 30 minutes). He's a handy guy too. Anyways, love the bike. It's beautiful. The seat is comfortable enough. Basket is for holding stuff, but definitely NO children. Brakes squeaked so not sure why, but they worked. I am older and found I cannot ride this unless it is straight ground. No dips, slight inclines, etc. Cannot ride it up any type of hill, even in the lowest gear (which is the only gear I could ride). I am returning it because of that.

So far. It's taken us three hours And it's not together yet. we are quite mechanically inclined But the description in the book is very difficult , and sometimes difficult to see the detail that you need. Most people complain that they're very difficult to pedal.It doesn't appear that this is the case with the seven speed unit. The color is beautiful. The Description said there was a lid for the Basket but I can't find one. this is actually why I bought this particular model. We still need to hook up the detailer. And finish the brakes, and we're already 3 hours in! Be prepared for it to take a long time to put this together. Otherwise, I can't wait to ride it.The seat seems very comfortable.

Nice paint job and the bag for the basket is a nice touch. There were some heavy hits causing some dents but that happened before the paint. It took a lot of tweaking to get the gears and brakes right but I'd guess that all unassembled bikes are that way. It runs smooth now. In case you are thinking about it, I put an ebike motor on the front - works great!

The overall quality of this bike is mediocre, at best. Parts are flimsy, thin metal, and the derailleur broke into pieces the first time it tried to shift gears. It also arrived with light scratches in four or five areas of the frame. After going over the manual, I paid Dicks Sporting Goods to assemble it. The bike tech said of the hundreds of bikes he had assembled over the years, this one was the most difficult. The seller did partially reimburse me for the damage to the bike and the cost of the new derailleur. They were very responsive and handled the issues with the bike very expeditiously. Based on my experience with this bike, I can not recommend it.

Can I get a refund? The instructions are very poorly written and lack detail. The images are not clear or detailed. The parts did not fit together well. And when all was done, the bike did not work. For goodness sake, the chain would not come off the pedal sprocket! It just locks up the pedals! Like... that is just weird %26 crazy! My mom is 90. I just wanted to give her back some freedom to come and go. Instead my money is flushed down the drain on a useless piece of junk.

Got this trike and it's terrible I wish I could give zero star!!! How does Walmart even associate with seller like this? They're trying to keep my money . whatever they called manual doesn't help. I returned it but the seller doesn't want to refund my money even though it clearly says 30 days free return policy.

The value for the money was good if I really believe it was a $500 trike to begin with. The directions were terrible. Plenty of nuts and bolts missing and the bike has numerous scratches. If I hadn't have sent the box to waste facility so quickly I would have return it. This has been my worst ever purchase from Walmart. Does not meet my expectations at all. What's worse is I convinced a friend to buy one so we could ride together

I could not even figure out how to put this thing together. The instructions were extremely vague and there were bolts missing to it and even had bolts that didn't even fit it. Am not buying anything like this ever again.

There were at least 5 parts missing, including the written instructions for assembly. I contacted Walmart customer service and was told I would receive an email within 48 hours. I have not received an email.

DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE this bike. Read the reviews. The assembly book is the worst. The parts are not even correct and bike repair shops WILL NOT bother because these are cheap bikes. Dont wven jotber with Angi company to assembly it. Took Ercin four hours and xuased yelled and left after four hours and still didnt finish it.
