I haven't had this for very long, but, this vibration plate is wonderful! Although says “mini”, it's actually perfect sized, very sturdy; heavier than I thought it would be, and I'm very satisfied so far. Am hoping this will last long term!

Has helped me with my vertigo. I got this in January and ever since I've been using it I have not once had one episode of vertigo.

This machine is amazing. I have lots of health issues but when I get on it I feel like my muscle are exercising, I have Fibromyalgia and I cannot do many exercises because it causes pain. I just love it

Well I had to purchase a scale that measures body fat and muscle etc… because somehow my pants were loser but my weight wasn't. I'm swooping fat for muscle apparently. Not complaining. My children love as well but I put it on the lowest setting and only for 2-3 min. They all have ADHD and I wanted to see how that helped them. My husband tried it and he doesn't get it. I tried to say it's not a one time treatment. I do wish the cord was longer but I just improvised with an extension cord. U do need something to grab incase u get off balance. I do find hold the bungee cord to help with that.

I'm not sure why there are bad reviews I like to research before buying $50 ^ . I went on faith due to lack of reviews. Product for over weight (helps with pain I have hip problems after giving birth so this was amazing for my aches and swelling, weight loss you simply can't stand there and think you're going to burn %23300 calories in 30 minutes you have to move around on the machine if you have a stomach like me you have to lay on it this machine slight moves each side up and down higher you go the more it feels like a vibration and not a forced walk. If you have fat like I do on my thighs and my stomach you're definitely going to feel them flapping but after using it for three times now and I'm doing the full 30 minutes at 99 because I wanted to make sure it doesn't break before the return period is over. You can definitely tell a difference when you start using the machine of muscle tightness and it does work out your muscles. I also noticed that my thighs and my legs that had the majority of the vibration happening to it, I haven't seen not much happened to my stomach. I'll be honest. Im 6'1 225lbs vibrations stops at my middle section highest level 90 I have to sit lay or use my arms to get my upper half I tell you I definitely feel it in my arms I'm also rotating my middle section while on the machine . However my autistic son who's gained some weight he vibrates fully he's 4”5 he doesn't think it's a work out it helps his sensory fits as well and forces him to stay in one spot with the hand held holders on the side. If you're not overweight this machine is good for before workout after work out to relieve muscle tension just like message chair you see at planet fitness . I believe it gives you energy by forcing blood circulation I use 3lbs dumbbells for my arms you will sweat doing both standing there if you want to sweat I recommend a blanket sauce where you can lay down and burn calories this is def more for muscles if I would change anything I wish it had higher settings for people taller to get the full effect without having to sit, lay. Use arms to work out the upper half.

The vibration is fairly strong. I wish it was somewhat less or adjustable.

I have a feeling many years down the road there will be a commercial on tv asking consumers if they used this product and if so they could be entitled to compensation for the long term effects. I feel like my internal organs have been rearranged. Who came up with this idea? Better yet, what was I thinking?
