Jack Black Charcoal Body Bar Massaging Soap 135g /4.75oz

My husband loves this soap. Exfoliating and he loves how moisturizing it is. Wishing it lasted a little longer.

I never understood how the "nubs" on a bar of soap do anything for my muscles. However, I really do like the exfoliant from the ingredients. It makes me feel much cleaner than other soap options.

I'm a huge sceptic. I've been using this since the beginning of this year (I believe) on a 3 month replenishment plan and wow! I've had problems with back acne and blemishes for years but using this soap it's almost gone! nothing is instant it takes time so be patient but this definitely works for me.

Im so used to gel body washes i.e Old Spice, Axe. I picked this up about a month ago as well as an exfoliating scrub pad and cloth pad. I did notice it start to tear my skin and found out I was scrubbing excessively because the jojoba also scrubs. It leaves my skin smooth and my bacne is a lot better.

I'm a typical sweaty male and year round, but certainly in the hotter months, I need powerful soap. I always try to bring Lava soap into the shower but the wife complains about the industrial smell. This is strong enough to scrub off the scum and has a good smell. Now I'm excited for the summer to really give it workout!

Really loving the new charcoal soap. I was worried it would get black stuff all over me. Not the case at all. Great, masculine scent. Entire bathroom smells great. Very rich lather that goes a long way. Leaves a feeling of clean but not drying at all. The built in scrubbers are awesome for heals and rough parts. Will definitely be ordering again. Great for travel too. Another winner at Jack Black.

This soap is great. I'm not sure about the reviewers who aren't getting longevity out of the bar...I get about a month out of a bar and I'm a big guy....perhaps they leave the shower spraying on the soap dish or something. Anyway, leaves my skin clean, and has cleared up a dry skin problem that I get on my butt sometimes.

Upon first use it felt much more coarse than any other bar that I've tried but after the first use you'll have learned comfortable pressure for use. I did expect the bar to last a little longer then it did but, when i went to re-order another one I noticed how reasonable the price was when compared to similar sized competitor (I didn't pay attention to price on first purchase as i don't let that be a factor in trying new things). Needless to say i'll keep re-ordering this bar; Great scent and feel!

Since I haven't tried the Jack Black Charcoal Body Bar, take this for what it's worth. A few years ago I purchased another brand's black "Big Ass" bar. Smelled fine, lathered all right (though darkly), and rinsed as one would expect. But I used a loofah—my mistake—which never rinsed clean. I realize the function of the loofah was not affected, but sometimes when something doesn't look clean, it's not as aesthetically appealing. I notice this bar is nubbed and probably intended to be used as is. That would be wise. And of course I'm going to try it—just thought I'd warn people who don't want to end up with a grey loofah.

Loved the lather and clean feeling after showering, but the smell of this soap was just overwhelming. Please make one that's unscented or maybe a light scent with citrus or tea tree. For me, this one is unusable.
