Great!

R March 6, 2026

Tasty, tender, and very lean meat. I served it with baked beans, potato salad, and sauteed yellow squash. The strip of meat in the bottom of the photo is Jack Daniel's brand brisket. The short piece above it to the left of the squash is a piece of another brand. I bought two brands to see which one we liked best, and Jack Daniel's brand won the test. I didn't have to cut off any fat from it.

pleasantly surprised

i thought id give it a shot. I usually cook everything myself but i needed a beak and decided to try this out. innitally i was going to put it in the oven to heat up but it was about 100 degrees outside and the oven wasnt a good option. i put it in the microwave for the 3 or 5 min it said and it came out just as good as Sonneys bbq or any comparable places. definitely didnt expect that. will absolutley purchase again

I just love this Jack Daniel’s Seasoned Beef Brisket because it comes precooked and ready to eat right out of the packaging, but I like mine heated according to the directions. You just can’t beat a fine brisket! I also like Jack Daniel’s chicken %26 pork too

Great taste

EstherwithaQ September 9, 2025

Taste great. Just microwaved and served on a bun along with a pickle and sliced onion. Only thing is, it did raise my sugar level a little more than home cooked brisket but ok if you dont have issue watching your glucose. For me it was a splurge meal, you know ok for a treat but not every day meal

Lazy Man's Brisket

Anonymous November 17, 2025

For what it is, it tastes great. Obviously it's not going to be as good as a smokehouse brisket or if you know how to make it yourself it will never match it. But for those who need a quick meal this is good enough. Make a sandwich or use it to top a baked potato with some cheese and you have yourself a nice meal. It is a little sweet but i'm not mad about it, just know if you don't like sweet BBQ this might not fit your tastes.

what I disnt like was the bbq sauce, I took mine out ofbit and put sweet baby rays on it. i did give it a overall rating of a 4 due to the bbq sauce and nothing is like fresh smoked brisket :) bit for sfore bought, precooked its a good choice for precooked brisket. so definitely give it a try .

This product is like opening a shoe box and not knowing what's in it. Sometimes the meat is juicy and tender and sometimes you get the hard dry stale end portions. Sometimes you get good amounts, (but for me never for the amount charged), and sometimes not so, and lastly the flavor is the same way, sometimes flavorful and sometimes not so much. This is why I would recommend this product; the fact I love smoked brisket. I wish Walmart would have better selections for us.

The dog wouldn’t touch it either.

Scott February 3, 2026

The whole meal tasted like plastic. Followed directions exactly. It’s a shame, I loved the shredded pork. This tasted like we’d expect a Temu brisket to. For a premium price point and brand name, I expect a lot more. This was inedible. We couldn’t even get the dog to eat it.

Don't Buy It

JD October 20, 2025

We like the Jack Daniels pulled pork and chicken so I decided to try this. It was a mistake. The meat was so tough that it was as stiff as bacon. It was like trying to chew a leather belt. I spit it out after chewing for about 90 seconds and it literally looked the same as it did on the fork. The rest went in the trash. It was not up to Jack Daniel's usual standard.

My husband got really really sick after eating this. Like food poisoning symptoms. It has been a good while since we purchased it but will never buy it again.
