Jack Link's Chili Jalapeno Flavored With Beans, 15 Ounce

This chili was quite satisfactory. I typically enhance mine with additional cheese, onions, and sour cream. It paired well with crackers. I had reached a point where I could no longer tolerate other brands, including GV. I am pleased to have finally discovered a chili that I can genuinely enjoy.

I mix a can of these Chili Jalapeno beans with a can of mixed vegies and have a great meal or use a can of brown beans and the Chili Jalapeno flavor mixed together and tastes so good .

I recently enjoyed a can of this Chili. Very tasty and filling. I will be purchasing this again!

This is so yummy. Tastes better than homemade. With ground beef costs so high, this is a bargain.

I really liked the strong hickory taste, and it would be good on a BBQ hot dog because it's mostly sauce with tiny meat bits. But I had it by itself, and there weren't many chunks of meat or beans. The few small chunks of meat were good; I just wish there had been more, especially for the price of it. It's also pretty salty (940 mg. per can), but I did like that hickory flavor.

I love Jack Links jerky and thought their chili might be as good! -- WRONG!! It's awful! It's flat like mashed beans, not enough chili seasoning and tastes a little like dog food smells! I don't recommend this product AT ALL!

heavy smoke taste. More sauce than necessary w/ very little meat. The taste was all smoke and no tomato or beef taste. Will not order ever again; it was horrible. I tried to doctor it w/ catsup; but it did nothing to detract or to add any other flavor because the smoke was so prevalent.

I'm sure whoever keeps giving this five stars works for Jack Links. This stuff is NASTY. All you can taste is WAY too much fake smoke flavor. I mean it's truly excessive. That is all you can taste. It will make you vomit. If you make the mistake of buying it, mix one or two other soups with it to make it palatable. It will still be way too much flavoring but at least you're less likely to hurl. I recommend Dinty Moore beef stew, because it's a big can with some complementary flavor. Obviously I will never be buying this again, but I don't like throwing things out. I'd rate zero stars if I could because this dang thing was literally the only brand of chili available on the website at the time of purchase (which is in itself unacceptable - this is Walmart!) and it was grossly overpriced.

when I first opened the can it tastes smells like beef jerky then I tasted it and it kind of tastes like beef jerky. very weird for chili then. I tried to spruce it up and it still tasted. very disgusting

I've had canned chili, and some brands are pretty good. This was not even edible! The meat or fake meat had a nasty texture and it immediately upset my stomach. The taste is very bad. I added seasoning and cheese and it was still inedible. Three bites of it and I was feeling sick so I threw it in the trash! I do NOT recommend this product for anyone to consume.
