Jack Post 2 Turquoise Green Steel Glider Chair

I was looking for retro metal patio furniture when I came across this glider at Walmart.com. After reading reviews at Walmart.com and other sites, I decided to purchase it knowing that I could return it to Walmart if I was dissatisfied. It isn't as heavy as the original furniture from decades ago, but I expected that. It was easy to put together but time consuming. I disagree with others that it was difficult to put together...there are a lot of parts, and that takes time to put them all together correctly. The instructions were pretty straight forward...just follow the diagrams and use the correct lettered parts. You won't need a degree in engineering to build it, but I recommend one other person to help. Now that it's finished, it looks great with the other two chairs I also bought at Walmart.com. The red color is vibrant, and the gliding is smooth and relaxing. I am very happy with my purchase.

Very cute but......took a long time to put together. One experienced man and one woman. 3 hours.

Beautiful glider and so well built. I was surprised to find out it will hold up to 500 pounds. Easy to assemble.

the glider looks great and operates well it is made in china so the metal is thinner than an authentic one from the 50,s decent for the price [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Looks great and sturdy. A little complicated to put together due to the directions. This took about 2 hours to complete.

assembly directions were very vague, had extra bolts, not enough washers. Looks to be very usable.

This product was definitely below WalMart standards. The instructions were minimal at best. We're pretty good at putting things together but this was insane. The product itself is shotty workmanship. You can see runs in the paint and welding errors and lumps and bumps on rails. I am always satisfied with the items and service I receive from WalMart but I am truly disappointed in this item. I would NOT recommend this to anyone I am fond of.

The package arrived with all the hardware loose in the box. Several bolts missing. Called customer Service and haven't gotten a return call. Poorly constructed and the Instruction book is torn. I do not recommend this product.
