I'm happy with the quality of the ingredients inside this product. The taste is what to expect from a supplement. I never have been a fan of the artificial sweeteners. I'm excited to see how efficient this supplement will be overtime post workout recovery. I plan on only starting with one dose of it per day and sticking to the direction.
