Bought this product to have a backup power source to run a bi-pap machine since our power goes out frequently. It works great. I haven't tried to charge more than the bipap machine and my cellphone but it works all night for those . It also has a car charger in case power is out longer. I highly recommend this product.

Bought this exact Jackery a few years ago. Comes in very handy during lights out. Bought this one to power up the internet modem so we can still use WIFI when the lights are down but the internet isn't. Charges our laptops %26 cell phones too! Very portable!

We bought to take on Boy Scout camp outs, I used it this weekend, 2 nights, I ran a fan all night and then was able to charge my watch and phone both days and still had 35% when we headed home.

Perfect compact size and the bag easily fits the power station. Tent camped for two days and used less than 20% power.

Bought it to power my CPAP machine in case of a power outage. I had originally bought a 300 watts unit and it wasn't enough. This one works great! After 9 h of continuous usage, it still had 42 % battery remaining. I'm impressed. Wish it had a second outlet.

I have this 500 and a 300. Jackery is a well built battery inverter system. I find it handy to have a portable outlet for various tasks. If we have a power outage this unit will charge phones and run LED lights. I'm not sure if this will run a refrigerator.

I purchased the Portable Power Station to use camping with my CPAP machine. Most articles I read suggested that the Jackery would power CPAP machines for 3 days. My CPAP used 75% of the power on the first night. Using the generator, I could only recharge about 45% in the 3 hours allowed at the campsite for charging. Thus the unit didn't work for me.

What an absolute mess. I've been fighting with Walmart, fedex and some third party about not getting this delivered to my home. The picture clearly shows the wrong house, I sent pictures of my front door showing the address and the picture the FedEx driver took, and it's as obvious as can be it's at the wrong door! Walmarts ghosting me and now they want a review? Of what? Two weeks later and I'm still sending emails and phone calls that don't get returned, I'm shopping at Amazon!
