Jackery SolarSaga 40W Portable Waterproof Solar Panel

Overall, 4.5 stars. This panel is not worth the retail price of $249. However, Walmart has been selling this panel for $129 to $139. I wish Jackery had just made this panel as a 100W panel (what's an extra 20W???). However, the build quality (particularly the bifacial quality) and durability is excellent.

This solar panel is great. A little expensive but the quality seems to be very good. I can almost get the full 200 watts in direct sunlight. Easy to setup and use.

i don't think the double sided 80w panel makes any difference because i have a 100w single sided that out preforms it. also the instructions are vague.

Shortly after I recieved my Jackery SolarSaga 100W Solar Panel and Explorer Power Station we had a winter power outage. Everything worked great together. In fact my friend Carolyn also has a Explorer and they got us through the day till the power was restored. I plan on using mine a lot this year to help save on the high price of electricity. I would highly recommend all of your products.

This is a great product but the cable incased does not fit the battery so no charging can happen until I speak w/ Jackery on Tues when office open to determine how to handle. Too bad the enclosed cables didn't function? Otherwise looks like a great product. Disappointed until I solve this problem

long time to charge

The advertisement said it was compatible with all Jackery power stations. I have a Jackery explorer plus, and the input cord does not match. Now i have to look for an adapter that matchas.

I ordered a Jakery 100W Solar Panel, and it was delivered to the wrong address. We searched our neighborhood and waited the 24 hours and the item never arrived. I still wanted the item, so when I contacted costumer service the first time I asked to have the item reshipped. I was supposed to get an email from the third party stating that the item was shipped again. I never received the email. After waiting several days more I called customer service again to cancel my order and get a refund. I was assured that I would get an email within 24 hours stating that my refund had been processed, I still don't have the item or my money. I will never order anything from Walmart again. Very poor response times and unacceptable service. I will report this to the BBB!
