Excellent Printer. Easy to set up. Purchased for our Ebay Business and has made the printing of shipping labels so much quicker. Love that this came with 100 shipping labels. Also a perk to this, is that it prints via bluetooth from your phone or device. Best purchase!

I've had my printer for 4 months and have so far printed 22 shipping labels. I use the Bluetooth option, as I didn't want to add any drivers or software to my laptop, as it has virtually no memory left. It is super easy to use and I like that the labels are housed inside the printer. I wanted a sleek and clean look on my table. I purchased it during a Flash Sale and so happy with the price. I took a risk not familiar with this brand wanting a Bluetooth (or WiFi) thermal printer I could print labels from for online sales, eg, Mercari, Poshmark, eBay. As well as print return shipping labels for online retailers, eg, Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc. Many of the Bluetooth )or WiFi) thermal wireless printers were >$500 new which was way more than I wanted to spend for a side business. I know Wal-Mart stands behind their products including their 3rd party online sellers so I gave it a try. It works absolutely flawless. The app is very basic but is simple to install and learn. It's easy to use and compatible with any pre-paid shipping I have need to print from a variety of vendors. They print flawless and quickly. By far the best value if you need something for a side business but don't want to be tied to a Desktop.

The printer works as described, I use it with the app and it's great for eBay shipping label printing. It is a bit noisy when it is printing but that is OK.

Took me a minute to get it set up. Still not connected to my Laptop only my IPhone but works great in my opinion. The issues are not due to the printer itself its operator error lol. I'm not the tech savviest gal around! Great printer in my opinion! Zero issues out of it works as should! I'd recommend it to anyone in need of one!
