I purchased this for my eBay and other online platform sales. I resell clothing and stuff around the house. This thermal printer is worth every penny. No ink to worry about. I buy 4x6 thermal labels which are perfect for shipping labels. I also print packing slips and circle stickers as well. I liked mine so much, I purchased one for my mom and dad for their eBay biz. The app works great and the company updates it often.

This printer is super easy to use connects to your phone, super fast and easy and you can change the label size by editing them and turn the label. Whichever way you want to print out super fast. It literally takes about four minutes. Three minutes tops to print whatever label you need for either Amazon returns or if you're selling things on the eBay.

bought for my online business. absolutely recommend this to all the online sellers i know. doesnt have tray for labels, but will buy one soon. ive only used 4x6 labels for shipping. cant wait to try some different ones. super easy to use and setup with my phone. easy to print labels off my phone. best thermal printer for small businesses in my opinion.

Perfect. So easy to set up no more printing labels off printer and having to cut. Prints so easy through Bluetooth wish I found this sooner!!!!

Delivery was so quick. Loved the photo of the drop off spot. Price of the product was a little high. The set up was a little difficult though I'm tech savvy, but once installed, the product works beautifully/quickly.

Don't know what took me so long before I gave this printer a try. Very easy to set up with my computer and is very fast as it prints 10 labels in seconds with very good quality. So far so good, just hope its lasts.

This made my eBay label making so much easier. It was simple to set up and even came with labels. It prints flawlessly and you never have to add ink as it is thermal.

It's a great unit after your done installing it onto your computer! I'm not too savvy with all the tech stuff but I tried everything possible but ended up paying a tech guy to install it for me. He took an hour and fifteen minutes to figure it out. Now that it's installed I have no issues with it! It shouldn't be that difficult to set anything up! The whole purpose of me getting this was to make things easier!

It printed couple of label and stopped to print so I'm going to return it

The app is more of a shopping app than a printer resource. - Zero functionality to print from your mobile device unless you have document saved as a file that the app can open. I could not rate this item zero stars.
