It came with everything as it showed in the picture. It It's a beautiful guitar. There is nothing wrong with it. Yes, it arrived later than expected, but that's okay. Due to the weather and the conditions as it rbut. This guitar is the best ever and it's for a surprise, no issues here.

This is a gift for my husband and it came package really well and it looks beautiful. Since I don't play a guitar, I don't feel like I can give a comprehensive review concerning how it plays

From a begginers guitar player, It really nice, feel and sound good quality for the price, however the pegs on the brige are not straight compared to a real guitar from guitar center that I brought, second its dosn't stay in tune, and it has a wired buzzing sound coming from one of the strings, its the G string but it may come from other string too. One last thing when I broken a string from practicing I discovered that pegs uneven but I couldn't pull the pegs out to change the strings at all. Its like it was glue on, plus it seem that someone else used it before me, because of the packaging wrap was torn in two when I pull it out the box!

The guitar arrived well boxed but the guitar itself had some damage I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it All in all it's nice instrument keeps its tune sounds great except for the damage on the body on the bottom of a guitar it's looks like when it was at the warehouse they probably had a stack of amount of skid and they put a band around it and they tightened the band too tight and I crush the corner of the guitar through the box The box also has strap damage to it

I only got the guitar in the bag to put it in. The other stuff that is supposed to be included was is not there and I tried to reach out to them, but I got no response.

it came broken!! it was supposed to be my sons birthday present!
