Leg and foot night cramps
This medication is effective for me. When I take one tablet per day my leg and foot cramps have stopped. I was especially suffering from cramps at night and started taking Jamieson potassium about 2 years ago. My cramps are part of my past. My only critique is that the actual tablet is large. A smaller size would be great

reduse cramps
its an amazing product taking it twice a day I got relieved of the killing cramps (caused mainly by diuretic pills) without having any problem with my stomach

Works very well, especially when taken with magnesium. Stops leg cramps.

So great to get potassium in a timed-release product! Much more effective absorption. My sister is taking this product after a problem with her gut.
