Jane Fonda: Prime Time Fit & Strong (DVD)

I just received my Jane Fonda Fit and Strong dvd. Packaging was well done. I immediately put the dvd in and went to work with Jane. Great dvd .

This video is GREAT. Jane has two 25-minute routines: one for beginners, one for when you get stronger. The exercises are very do-able. You decide how much weight. She really focuses on things needed by those of us who are not as young as we once were, like BALANCE. You never have to get on the floor to do anything. Very practical. I actually enjoy doing these. Without killing myself, I have noticed improvement already.

I was looking for an easy exercise dvd for my daughter-in-law who is overweight. I bought the video to make sure the pace was not too fast for her. Jane Fonda convinced me (age 60) that perhaps I should be exercising for bone mass and perhaps my in-laws could benefit from the dvd in the area of balance. Looks like I'll be purchasing more copies of this dvd. It's easy for the elderly, overweight, or out-of-shape. It is not for someone who exercises regularly or who already has an exercise routine.

I have used this dvd before at my last house. The ladies in the clubhouse liked this dvd as much as I did good workout

For someone like myself that hasn't exercised for a long, long time - this DVD is perfect. Turning 62 in November and decided with the new year to loose weight and get myself back in shape and this tape is just what I needed to get started.

As a baby boomer, I did Janes earlier DVD's and enjoyed them also. I enjoy working out at home to a variety of DVD's and am glad to have this one as part of my collection. Terrific workout for us boomers.

wanted to add variety to workout

Very helpful for seniors, not hard to follow.

This is the first of Jane's workout tapes that I've purchased. I will look for another when I'm tired of this one, but so far it's great.

I am not happy with this Jane Fonda Prime Time Fit and Strong. I wish I can exchange it or return it if possible. This is not what I expected. I want more movements not slow exercises.
