When I first got it, I loved it immediately, it looked strong, when I started sewing a project, which I could not finished on my previous sewing machine, because it was multiple layers of fabric, it included denim, corduroy and cottons it was very thick, this machine sew right thru it like butter. I was impressed, I was in love. And it was very quiet, my previous machine made such a racket, when it was sewing the just 3 pieces of fabric.

Unpacked the machine and had it up and running in no time. Very sturdy machine and it's quiet. Keep your instruction book handy to get the most out of it. Button hole reset instructions are not on page 31 but on page 24, step 12

I had to watch a video to get the hang of the automatic needle threader..not a deal breaker. It is a sturdy, easy to use machine that I love so far. Sews smoothly.

Kept having problems with sewing thru thickness, sold it practically gave it for what I pay for it. Like this brand but was disappointed with this one.

I received this machine as a college graduation present. I bought it new from Walmart and the vendor is oSewPersonal. When I received my machine, I noticed a small part in the bottom of the box ( i've attached the image of it. ) I figured it was an extra part…but when I began sewing the machine only sewed in reverse. I followed troubleshooting steps to make sure it was not user error, and after googling the parts manual, I noticed the piece came from the motor. How a part of the motor (of my brand new machine) was outside of the machine lying freely in the bottom of the box is a mystery to me. Especially when all of the screws and covers were in place and intact. Additionally, the fact that a piece of paper comes with the machine that encourages customers to reach out to the vendor (before returning) if there are MISSING pieces should have told me from the beginning that the machine wouldn't work. Why in the world would I need to reach out about my brand new machine missing parts? I have also attached a photo of a sewing foot they put in the box that was not apart of my order. I understand it's a “free foot” but why am I not getting what I paid for? Why is someone opening and removing/adding to a brand new machine? At many stores you get discounts for “open box” items, which mine clearly was. I hate to be so negative but I have never ordered something from an online vendor or Walmart.com and it come deceitfully packaged. I am so upset and have returned the machine and have since bought the same machine from a different vendor.
