Good deal
Good price for a Jansport. I wanted to buy all my kids backpacks at the same time. I am glad there was a Jansport so I was able to buy my teenager one and my younger girls their unicorn backpacks.

Good quality, horribly delivery process
The backpack is good quality, however the delivery process was horrendous. Showed up late and the delivery driver tossed it on the side of the road about 1/2 mile from my house. We had to figure out where it was by looking very closely at the picture.

Backpack
This backpack it's not an original. The one on the picture has a bag on the side for to out a bottle of water. This one didn't have one. On the first day of school one of the straps ripped off. I have to order a new one from a different vendor.

Item got lost in between shipping and I had to get a refund. The tracking was a chaos and so not updated. Listen to the other reviews that are also rating this one star. Such an inconvenience because now I have to go look for another backpack that will get delivered in the time frame I have.

I've had the worst experience my backpacks never came in. I got them on a discount and returned my money back and didn't want to get me a new backpack with the same discount .They couldn't even send me a new one still waiting on another. They don't answer back.

Big problem , the bag was cut by a knife and my bag ! Money lost grrrrrrr!
