Great bag! This is my second time purchasing from Jansport. The bag is not too big, but also not too small. I put my A&P book, which is heavy book, a notebook and my lab manual. And it's not heavy to carry around. Hopefully, this bag will last throughout nursing school.

This is the perfect day pack. I use other brands and other styles of backpacks for traveling and intense outdoor adventures, but this is the pack for a trip to the beach, a day hike, or a casual outing where I need some extra storage. I don't need a pack with 20 different pockets and a bunch of design features that complicate things. I just want a pack that is super durable, has a a fair amount of storage space, and looks nice enough to wear just about anywhere. This is that pack. I have only ever bought two jansport backpacks. One grey one about 12 years ago that just now started to wear through the bottom and now a green one that will likely see a whole lot of use over the next decade. This is a product that functions exactly how it is supposed to while having a classic design that looks effortlessly stylish. If you buy this pack you absolutely will not regret it.

Yeah. This is exactly what I wanted. I remember Jansports from High school. I had a more expensive, overly pocketed backpack the last time and the zipper broke, so decided I wanted to go back to what i knew worked... and it's working. Basic, classic, dependable, affordable. No frills. Just what I wanted.

This backpack is actually for my preschool son. He likes wearing it and using it. I like it because I have 2 other girls who use them and they're holding up well, they're roomy too. My only complaint is the zipper can get caught on the fabric but I know thats just for protection if anything were to get wet and using a pencil to rub the zipper usually gets the job done.

so when my jansport backpack came, one of the zippers didn't have a tassel attached on it, i'm not sure if it's suppose to b like that cause the last time i bought from jansport 3 years ago cause the backpack i bought was durable. but i don't mind if the zipper was missing a tassel

Bag looks good but daughter already complaining about back pain two weeks into the new school year. This bag will not support today's average elementary school task loading. Single stitching will surely fail and soon I suspect. Didn't spend a lot on this bag but was expecting more nonetheless.

Bought this for my daughter in gradeschool. In pictures it looked like it had an external side pocket for something like a water bottle. It does not. There is also only a single large section for books etc and a small outside section. Nothing else. this is fine however for the price... not enough. Not even close.

Spent almost $40 thinking this was a reputable brand so it might be worth it. Boy were we disappointed. This backpack only has 2 pockets, the main storage area and one small front pouch. There are no water bottle pockets at all. There are no inside pockets or compartments to organize anything. The material feels cheap. The size overall is smaller than expected. The only reason we haven't returned it is our daughter really wanted the space theme appearance. Shop around and you'll find way more bang for your buck elsewhere!
