I have arthritis and have problems opening bottles. This works really well on small to medium tops but not too well on large tops

No teeth to remove lid
It just spins around the lid and has no grip to remove the lid. Only has metal teeth on one side and this just isn't sufficient to remove a jar lid. I'm going to return it to store.
