Shipped super fast and I received an email with the tracking info. I saw some people saying they received the 3 boxes at different times but mine all came on the same day. Couch was easy to assemble and is pretty comfortable. I was nervous to order a couch online but I'm glad I did because it worked out great. The cushions are firm enough but still super comfortable. There's plenty of seating and the way you can move the ottoman to any seat is perfect. I wasn't sure about the 2 higher head rest but now I'm glad we have them they're great for taller people and sitting back to really relax. This fits in my living room perfect the dimensions were spot on as described.

This fourseater Lshaped sofa is very practical! It not only provides enough seating space but also has a large storage space for storing miscellaneous items. Additionally, it comes with a coffee table board where you can place cups, books, or remote controls. I especially love the two included headrests, which provide extra comfort and support. Easy to assemble. Quality is good. Color is very reddish brown, unlike the picture which is dark brown with no red tint. Couch is short compared to most couches I've owned. Overall OK.

This is a really nice sofa and ottoman set, I paid $420 with free shipping. that's a good deal. I received 2 boxes first and one day later the 3rd box, so don't worry if this happens. Installation is a breeze, around 1 hr to complete this task. Its comfortable but firm.

Low rating because I was sent the wrong sofa. I ordered the one with extra storage and elevated back rest, but the one I received missed those features. Also , this sofa is quite low

The couch looks exactly like pictured. it just doesn’t sit well. the bottom portion is too short. it doesn’t even come to your knees. . I purchased this for my den which we are in more than our kiving room. I am going to request boxes ti return item.

I have been trying to get my order corrected since the 23rd of december. No luck contacted walmart spoke to charles @10:15 am friday the 17th of january said he would refund and have someone pick up the boxes. Havent received an email yet about anything !

Sent me the wrong sofa. I ordered the storage sofa and just got a regular one. Was supposed to have headrests to make the back taller but not this one! They never answered me after I emailed them a few times. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!A

I ordered one model and they sent me another. The seller said I could only exchange it if I hadn't opened the box. But how can I find out what the mistake is without opening the box?
