I just wish you could buy pieces separate, like more backs or arm rests

Love love, love this sofa The color was a perfect match and matches my decor perfectly. It was easy to set up and is very sturdy. The only thing I would change is the delivery process. All of the boxes did not come at one time. It was frustrating because I was unable to track them. The seller did communicate timely and it was well worth the wait.

Couch is nice and firm, a bit on the smaller size but will fill our needs. Nice for the price.

Couch arrived over the span of 4 days, so I had boxes just stacked in my living room before I could assemble and swap our my existing couch. 6 of the 7 sections are great. One of the sections was missing the bolts to it so I am unable to use it. I've contacted the seller 5 times. They requested a picture of what bolts were missing, which I provided and I have not had any response.

It doesn't have any storage like it advertised, it's really cheap material. The instructions for putting together was like figuring out a puzzle. Once I figured them out, it wasn't too hard to put together. I feel like it's going to break if I sit down too hard.

DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM THIS SELLER! They do not do returns, at all, customer Service is a joke. Walmart please remove them from your market place. It is incomfortable and if you open the box at all they cannot resell and will not take the return. Spent $600 and all they want to offer is $50 dollars. Absolutely atrocious. Measurements are not as advertised at all and there is no support to the product so if you need something for your back expect to need a chiropractor appointment because this thing is junk.
